Reworked disk safety checks
* Moved several functions into DiskObj
* Added HW_OVERRIDES_FORCED and HW_OVERRIDES_LIMITED to main.py
  * These adjust when overrides are requested
* Disable badblocks and/or io_benchmark if disk fails safety check
