This would allow using just the Linux environment without having extraneous boot options.

Plan:

  • Move extraneous boot files to new .linux_items subdirectory
  • Move combined-specific boot files to same directory (e.g. refind.conf)
  • Create Linux-only boot files for Linux ISO build (e.g. trimmed refind.conf)
  • Modify Build Linux script to include the new subdirectory (somewhere, maybe /usr/share/wk_ufd?)
  • Modify build-ufd to use new subdirectory to build combined UFD boot environment

Or just comment out the UFD-only sections initially and have build-ufd un-comment them.
