I was thinking that adding a "speedtest" to "User checklist" would be a good idea. Something simple like a additional tab with fast.com along with Ublock origin installation process in google chrome

I think that the speedtest should be run at the end of the user checklist. That way we can use the start built-in function to open the URL in the default browser.

Tested and subprocess.run(shell=True) exposes that function as expected.
