Add --skip-size defaults to presets
- To hopefully avoid getting stuck in bad areas
Add --sector-size to ddrescue cmd
Add --input-position optional setting in the advanced menu
- I should auto-disable the reverse option if this is set
- Ensure --size is calculated accordingly

--input-position doesn't use fractional values, it'll need to be converted to bytes instead.
