Rough idea:

Select source part(s)
Check dest is >= sum(parts)
Safety checks
Prep dest
- Wipe GPT/MBR
- Create new MBR/GPT (matching source type)
- Create partition to match all selected parts
- Format new partitions vfat? with label=EMPTY
Recheck source/dest parts
Add new source/dest block_pairs
Finish prep and show main menu
