Add "-T permissive" to all smartctl commands? #104

It might allow getting SMART data from older drives and/or some USB drives.

Need to review if adding that option would hurt anything.

AFAICT this shouldn't hurt anything when getting data. I'm less sure when running tests so I'll omit it from those commands.
